About us
Deep River Mills, Inc. makes specialized products
for the following:
Apparel and embroidery industry, printed label market, banner and flag
market, radio-frequency weldable coated fabric for inflatable fabric
prodcts, industrial coated fabrics, coated fabrics for the military,
and contracted specialty coating of fabric.
Tackle Twill Athletic Lettering
We manufacture
tackle twill athletic lettering in more than 80 colors. It is available
in rolls of fabric as heat press-on, permanent heat press-on, pressure
sensitive adhesive or uncoated. We can laser cut one-ply, or kiss-cut
multi-ply layers for your design or numbers. Water-jet cutting is
available for larger volumes. Our dedicated art department and in-house
designers can help you create your designs.
Printed Labels
We print fabric
labels for product identification and wash care instructions. We print
paper self-adhesive labels to identify your brand or product. We print
hang tags and tickets. Our graphic arts department can help to create
your designs and logos.
Contract Fabric Coating
Over half of
Deep River Mills coating production is contract coating of fabric
supplied from customers. The customer supplies the fabric, we apply the
coating and inspect it according to his needs. We do acrylic, vinyl,
polyurethane and extrusion coating.
Coated Label Fabric
We polyurethane
coat polyester, poly-cotton, acetate and nylon fabrics for
wash-resistant label fabrics. The coating makes the fabric
wash-resistant. Our customers use these fabrics for printing product
identification and wash-care instructions in textiles and apparel.
Industrial Coated Fabric
We solution coat
many different types of fabrics with vinyl, polyurethane, or acrylic
coatings. These fabrics have many uses in industry and construction. We
extrusion coat polyester and polyurethane on multiple types of fabrics
for apparel and industrial use.
