Over half of Deep River Mills coating production is contract coating of fabric supplied from customers.
It is common for the customer to supply the fabric, the coating, and the boxes. We will:
- Coat your goods
- Inspect it to your specifications
- Cut it to size
- Box it
- Apply your label
- Palletize and Ship it
*Done in all confidentiality so that your customer knows the product is coming from you.
Coating methods we have available are knife coating, immersion coating, and extrusion coating.
Types of coating solutions we work with include polyurethane, acrylic and vinyl.
Types of extrusion materials we extrude are polyurethane, polyester, and polyolefin.
